New plans have been released for the mixed-use development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 960 Howard Street site in San Francisco. These new plans depict a 14-story building; the lower three stories would contain office space, while the upper 11 stories would consist of residential space containing a total of 202 units. On-site parking would be included for 53 bicycles, and residents would have access to shops, restaurants, and transportation within walking distance.
