Plans are being finalized for an eight-story, 100-unit student-oriented residential complex at the historic Amoeba Music record store at 2455 Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The new complex will preserve the building’s historic mural while providing vital student housing near the UC Berkeley campus.
