A formal application has been submitted for an eight-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 668 East 3^rd Avenue in San Mateo. The complex will include 128 apartments, 20 of which will be affordable for very low-income and moderate-income households. The complex will contain amenities such as a two-level garage with parking for cars and bicycles.
