A scaled-down proposal was submitted for a luxury senior housing development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 910 Marshall Street site in Redwood City. This new application would create a 21-story, 222-unit complex with amenities including an indoor pool, movie theater, golf simulator, and outdoor dining areas.
