Permits were filed for the 170-unit affordable housing development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 1707 Wood Street site in Oakland. Of the 170 units, 88 will be rental units in a four-story apartment complex, while the other 82 units, which will be in four three-story flats, will be available for ownership. On-site parking will be included for cars and bicycles.
