Permits were approved for a six-story affordable housing development at 2610 International Boulevard in Oakland, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The complex would contain 105 apartments, nearly 8,000 square feet of space for childcare facilities, nearly 4,000 square feet of common space, and a garage with car and bicycle parking. The development will be less than one mile from the Fruitvale BART Station.
