The three-story, 41-unit Casa Canal residential complex, which is located at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 3301 Kerner Boulevard in San Rafael, held its grand opening ceremony last week. The complex is 100% affordable, providing permanent housing for formerly unhoused residents, and it will include on-site resources such as supportive and mental health care for residents.
