Plans were filed for an eight-story, 172-unit affordable housing complex at 250 Laguna Honda Boulevard in San Francisco, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The development will include a podium-top courtyard and ground-level landscaping improvements, as well as on-site parking for cars and bicycles.
