An addendum to the final environmental impact report has been published for the industrial development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 550 East Brokaw Road in San Jose. The project would convert the existing approximately 209,000-square-foot building into a warehouse, while construction would add a new three-story, approximately 333,000-square-foot warehouse and manufacturing facility. Overall, the development would add over 542,000 square feet of industrial space.
