Plans were published for the redevelopment of GoPro’s headquarters at 3000 Clearview Way in San Mateo, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The project would transform the 22-acre office campus into 222 for-sale residences, consisting of townhomes, multiplexes, and detached single-family homes. Of these 222 homes, 33 would be affordable, and parking would be included for 485 vehicles. Amenities would include numerous pocket parks with communal amenities, such as play structures for children.
