Plans are being reviewed for a six-story, 74-unit apartment complex at 2094 Mount Diablo Boulevard in Walnut Creek, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The development will also contain a 925-square-foot residential childcare facility, over 3,100 square feet of retail space, a landscaped roof deck, and on-site parking for cars and bicycles.
