Plans are moving forward for the 20-story, 169-unit residential complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 2421-2425 Durant Avenue in Berkeley. All 169 units will be advertised as student housing for UC Berkeley, and of these units, 26 will be affordable. Amenities will include a ground-level mini-bar with café seating, a rooftop deck, bicycle parking, and various additional amenities on the 8^th, 13^th, 17^th, and 20^th floors.
