Permits were filed to construct a seven-story senior living facility at 6230 Claremont Avenue in Oakland, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The complex would include 197 residential units and amenities such as a fitness center, gaming area, theater, central courtyard, and on-site parking. Moreover, the top floor will include a sky lounge and an outdoor terrace.
