Permits were filed to demolish the two-story office building at 380 North 1^st Street in San Jose, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The building will be replaced by a seven-story, 118-unit residential development, which will also include a 74-car garage and amenities such as a fitness center, clubhouse, and rooftop deck.
