A seven-story, 62-unit development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 2154 MacArthur Boulevard in Oakland is moving forward with environmental reviews. Some of the units will be affordable, though the number of affordable units is yet to be determined. Amenities will include a 52-car garage, courtyards, a fitness center, and an on-site commercial space.
