Plans are set to be presented to the City of Alameda for the eight-story, 356-unit residential development at 2433 Mariner Square Loop, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The project, which would replace four low-rise office buildings, qualifies for a CEQA exemption and a streamlined review process.
