Ground has been broken for a new six-story mixed-use development at 2902 Adeline Street in Berkeley, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The building will consist of 50 dwelling units and four live-work units, as well as over 4,100 square feet of commercial space. Four of the units will be allocated to low-income households, and on-site parking will be included for cars and bicycles.
