A new two-story mixed-use building is set to be constructed at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 811 Cedar Street in Berkeley. The structure, which will be built after the demolition of the existing single-family home at the site, will contain a mix of office and residential space; the lower story will be used as office space, while the upper story and lofted mezzanine will be residential space.
