The Palo Alto Planning Commission is meeting to potentially merge five parcels and facilitate the construction of a seven-story, 368-unit residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 3150 El Camino Real in Palo Alto. The complex will include 74 affordable units, as well as amenities like a pool, courtyard, fitness center, and co-working area. On-site parking will be included for both cars and bicycles in a two-level basement garage.
