A hearing was scheduled to review plans to construct a mixed-use residential development at 826 North Winchester Boulevard in San Jose, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The residential portion of the complex would consist of two buildings, the taller of which would be 17 stories while the other would be 16 stories; these buildings would be connected by a skybridge. Below and between these towers would be a one-story building for retail and commercial use.
