The Parcel 2 development included the construction of a mixed-use development containing 358 residential units and a range of common amenities. The development includes two buildings consisting of four and five stories over a common basement parking garage. The parking garage consists of two subterranean levels.
Results of our subsurface investigation indicate the foundation level of the proposed building will be underlain by firm residual soil or bedrock. Rockridge Geotechnical (RG) recommended the proposed building be supported on spread footings. RG provided geotechnical observation and testing services during construction and worked closely with the construction team to address geotechnical-related construction issues as they arose.
