The Third Baptist Church, the first African-American congregation west of the Rockies, embarked on a redevelopment of this apartment complex. The complex includes six three-story apartment buildings with a 104-unit affordable housing complex containing one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments. These existing buildings are founded at-grade.
Rockridge Geotechnical (RG) performed a geotechnical consultation regarding the potential mitigation of building settlement that occurred prior to the renovation and provided recommendations for new foundations.
