Rockridge Geotechnical (RG) prepared a geotechnical report for the proposed development based on existing subsurface information. RG consulted with the design-build team during final design and construction. The two-story building is being constructed with various landscaping, asphalt pavement, and concrete flatwork surrounding the building. Additionally, a disconnected generator and trash enclosure will service the facility. The building is supported on isolated spread and continuous perimeter footings with a 6-inch-thick slab-on-grade floor that is designed to account for moderately to highly expansive near-surface soil. Rockridge Geotechnical is currently providing geotechnical observation and testing services during construction.
