Jordan Court Senior Housing
Jordan Court, developed in partnership with All Souls Episcopal Parish, is North Berkeley’s first affordable development in over 30 years, providing the neighborhood with much-needed low-cost housing. Located on church property, the five-story complex’s 34 studio apartments are built for lower-income seniors, with 12 units reserved for seniors who were formerly homeless.
