Plans have been changed for the residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 300 De Haro Street in San Francisco. Instead of a 12-story, 450-unit development with 181 affordable units, the complex will now be 11 stories and contain 425 units, all of which will be affordable. Additional details about the new design are yet to be released.
