A Draft Environmental Impact Report for the 26-story, 463-unit development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 2128 Oxford Street site has been published by the City of Berkeley. The mixed-use complex will also include over 13,000 square feet of retail space, as well as parking for 36 cars and 306 bicycles. The residential units within the building will be geared at students, and 40 of the 463 units will be affordable. Amenities within the complex will include a rooftop deck, which will be furnished with a hot top deck, fireplace, lawn, and outdoor seating for a potential restaurant, along with four other amenity decks on the second and eighth floors.
