Permits were issued for a five-story residential complex at 3050 International Boulevard in Oakland, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. All 75 of the development’s units will be affordable for low- and very low-income households, and on the ground floor, the Native American Health and Cultural Center will maintain a cultural community center, pediatric dental services, pediatric and women’s medical services, and nutrition assistance via Women, Infant, and Children programming. Other amenities will include a community room, outdoor space, and on-site laundry services.
