Plans were filed for a seven-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 762 San Antonio Road in Palo Alto. Using the builder’s remedy, the capacity of the development increases to 198 units, with amenities including a ground-level workspace, clubhouse, fitness center, rooftop deck, and third-floor courtyard with access to a pool deck and outdoor seating. Moreover, of the 198 units in the complex, 40 will be designated as affordable. The future of this project will rely on Palo Alto’s Housing Element, which currently does not comply with state law.
