Updated amenities have been added to theLab Berkeley and theLab Emeryville, a pair of life sciences developments located at two of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. TheLab Berkeley, a four-building development along Fourth Street and Fifth Street in Berkeley, will contain features like a fitness center, free electric bikes, food truck visits, and amphitheater seating. Meanwhile, TheLab Emeryville, which is located at 1450 Sherwin Avenue in Emeryville, will have operable windows and a pass-through to The Emery, a nearby housing development. Both theLab Berkeley and theLab Emeryville will also feature shuttles to BART and upgraded spaces with amenities like shower facilities.
