A nine-story, 90-unit group housing development has been announced by Forge Development Partners at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 468 Turk Street site in San Francisco. Called TL468 and located in the Tenderloin, each 250-square-foot microunit is designed to sleep up to two people, creating an affordable alternative to traditional apartments in San Francisco. Moreover, the complex as a whole will be sustainable with zero net energy and zero net carbon. Amenities in the complex will include a common kitchen area and a rooftop deck.
