Renderings have been released for an eight-story residential development at 2587 Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. This project is set to create housing for UC Berkeley students, producing 219 bedrooms across 52 separate units. The complex will also include 2,900 square feet of ground-level retail space, as well as amenities such as rooftop decks, lounges, fitness centers, and study rooms. Of the 52 units, six will be designated as affordable for very low-income households.
