The Oakland Planning Commission is set to review plans for the eight-story, 289-unit residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 533 Kirkham Street in Oakland. This development, which is part of a massive multi-building effort to create a transit hub around the West Oakland BART station, will also include 3,000 square feet of retail space, and 13 of the complex’s 289 units will be allocated to very low-income households. Amenities at the complex include on-site parking and a dog run.
