A preliminary application was submitted for an eight-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 2601 San Pablo Avenue site in Berkeley. The 223-unit development will include approximately 24 affordable homes, allowing the project to utilize Senate Bill 330 and the State Density Bonus program. The complex will also contain over 1,950 square feet of retail space, along with design elements such as landscaped open spaces and a mural.
