New building permits were requested for an 11-story, mixed-use apartment complex proposed at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 1500 15^th Street in San Francisco. The development will create 179 units, with roughly 25% of these units being designated as affordable. The structure will also contain over 2,800 square feet of retail space; meanwhile, residential amenities within the complex include a rooftop deck with a bar and lounge, a basement lounge and coworking space, and a fitness center.
