Permits were filed for the entirely affordable second phase of the master plan at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 675 East Santa Clara Street in San Jose. This second phase will likely consist of a seven-story residential complex, a five-story senior housing complex, and 36 for-sale townhomes. Overall, this would create 213 units of affordable housing. Amenities within this affordable development include podium courtyards, a plaza, and on-site parking.
