The development process is moving forward for an eight-story, 99-unit residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 3705 Haven Avenue in Menlo Park. This complex would also include ground-floor commercial space, and 10 of the 99 units will be allocated to very low-income households. Furthermore, the development would include a landscaped open area spanning nearly 12,000 square feet, along with over 4,600 square feet of publicly accessible outdoor space. Residents will also have their own outdoor spaces on the third floor, fifth floor, and rooftop.
