Construction has begun on Rick Judd Commons, a five-story affordable housing development at Rockridge Geotechncial’s 1313 Galindo Street site in Concord. The vast majority of the 62 units will be affordable for low-income residents, and one unit will be reserved for the property manager. Amenities will include common open space, a community room, and on-site parking for cars and bicycles.
