Permits were issued for the supportive housing portion of a residential development called Phoenix Supportive Housing at 821 Pine Street in Oakland, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The five-building complex, which sees its buildings’ heights range from one to five stories, hopes to create 101 affordable units and 205 market-rate units, as well as nearly 20,000 square feet of light industrial maker space. Furthermore, the development would include an administrative building with commercial and community spaces.
