The City of San Francisco has opened the already-completed affordable supportive housing development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 333 12^th Street in San Francisco. Called City Gardens, the complex, which will create 200 units of permanent supportive housing, was the first in San Francisco to use the State Density Bonus program. The complex’s residents will also have access to support services like mental health counseling and case management.
