Recently updated renderings show how a former private library may be renovated into a residential complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 2395 Sacramento Street site in San Francisco. For this complex to come to fruition, there would be a seven-story addition to the library on Sacramento Street and a six-story addition on Webster Street. The development would create 24 new homes, three of which would be affordable, as well as a shared ground-level amenity space. Moreover, the Sacramento Street and Webster Street additions will be separated by a private backyard and podium-top planters, while two glass bridges will connect the Webster Street addition to the library and to the Sacramento Street addition.
