Construction will begin soon on an eight-story apartment complex at 2480 Bancroft Way in Berkeley, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The development will create 28 new units of housing, with two of them being designated as affordable, as well as around 2,000 square feet of retail space. The complex will also include a rooftop deck with amenities.
