A meeting is being held by the Berkeley Design Review Committee regarding the eight-story residential development called “The Edge” at 2480 Bancroft Way in Berkeley, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The complex will create 28 large apartments adjacent to the UC Berkeley campus, and the goal of this project is to help address UC Berkeley’s housing shortage. The development will also include over 2,000 square feet of ground level retail space, with amenities such as on-site parking for bicycles and a landscaped rooftop deck.
