A new application for building permits has been submitted for a six-story affordable housing development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 3801 Martin Luther King Jr. Way in Oakland. The 77-unit complex will be 100% affordable, and the building will also include over 2,300 square feet of retail space. Amenities within the complex include a barbecue pit, a children’s play area, seating, and outdoor dining furniture.
