Demolition will begin soon on the existing structure at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 2051 Market Street in San Francisco. Replacing the structure will be a seven-story, 24-unit development, with three of the units being affordable to allow the project to utilize the State Density Bonus program. On-site parking for bicycles will also be included.
