Updated renderings, along with a new construction timeline, have been released for the affordable housing project at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 2530 18^th Street in San Francisco. This complex will create 73 new affordable homes and a new headquarters for the Homeless Prenatal Program (HPP). Moreover, the development will contain 2,100 square feet of amenity space, including residential courtyards and an HPP garden.
