Updated renderings were released for the seven-story mixed-use development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 1752 Shattuck Avenue site in Berkeley. The development will include 68 units of housing and ~1,200 square feet of retail space, along with a ground-level garage. Moreover, seven of the units will be affordable for very low-income households.
