A new mixed-use development has been proposed at one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s old sites, 2201 Market Street in San Francisco. The eight-story complex would include 20 residential units over a Starbucks Coffee shop. Moreover, it would be the first San Francisco property to utilize Assembly Bill 2011, a new state law that would prevent the development from having to go through environmental review.
