New renderings have been released for an industrial warehouse at 3600 Alameda Avenue in Oakland, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The structure, which stands at 56 feet tall, will contain ~400,000 square feet of manufacturing space and ~30,000 square feet of accessory office space. On-site parking will exist for 284 cars and 32 bicycles.
