Updated plans have been filed for an eight-story residential development at 2201 Market Street in San Francisco, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The complex will now include 20 apartments instead of 14, with three of these apartments being designated as affordable. Moreover, the development will have two ground-floor retail spaces totaling ~2,200 square feet, with the plans stating that a Starbucks will occupy one of the spaces.
