New renderings have been released for the eight-story, 289-unit development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 533 Kirkham Street in Oakland. Out of the 289 apartments, 13 will be allocated as affordable for very low-income residents, and the building will also contain ~3,000 square feet of retail space. On-site parking will be included, and the complex will be within walking distance of West Oakland BART.
